  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the package is scanned to track your return progress in real-time.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
